We currently deliver to most locations across India. Please check availability at your PIN code during checkout. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the following:

• Order Value: Orders above ₹500 are eligible for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.

3. Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 4-7 business days.
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the message.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package at the address provided. Please ensure the following:

• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
• Be available to receive the package during delivery hours.

If the delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will contact you for rescheduling or return the package to us after multiple failed attempts.

6. Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us immediately at support@apnapaisa.com . Provide details and supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.
